New edition of Bandyrules

FIB Executive Committee has decided to make some changes in the Bandyrules. The new Bandyrules are valid from September 1:st 2009.
You will find the new rules by clicking first "About" and then "Bandy information". On the 2:nd page in the Bandyrules you will find a short summary of the changes.
